Our offering above is the Starter Edition, this edition is great for small businesses, typically up to 40 users, with nominal usage. You also get your service on a dedicated server, with 15Gb of storage available. 

Our Standard Edition gets you all features in the Starter Edition, it is perfect for larger organizations up to 150 users. It has larger capacity available for processing requests, and is able to serve more concurrent users. The Standard enables your organization to act as the administrator instead of BH Admin, it is targeted to facilities with dedicated compliance/quality manager. It also comes with an Incident Reporting module, with sophisticated (and secure) workflow and which integrates directly into the policies and procedures. 

We also provide an Enterprise Edition, which has all the features of the Starter and Standard Editions and provides additional features such as risk management, compliance, guest access and special features that allow the product to be customized. For example, with the Enterprise Edition you can add additional tabs along the top, each with its own separate, searchable wiki. You can hide or rename existing tabs. You can also update the styles such as colors, fonts and so on. The Enterprise Edition also records an archive of deleted policies, so they can be reinstated if required, and it enables the API for programmatic access.

The Risk Register tab lets you create risk registers for specific areas of your business. For example you could create/import our a risk register called 'MH & SUD Patients in a BH Facility', where you can use our AI feature to generate risks typically associated with Patients at a BH Facility. For each risk you can also add mitigations, which link to policies or procedures.

The Compliance tab is where you can create lists of objectives for specific compliance or regulatory framework. The Compliance tab can be used to provide best practice checklists. These can be a list of best practices, and a way for you to monitor whether an organization is following those best practices. Example, you can create/import our " Compliance with ADHS, and similarly to risks, you can then add "Evidence" to each compliance objective and link that evidence to a policy article.
